Wow! Wow! Wow! We walked in hostess found is a seat quickly considering it was lunch time and it was full. We didn’t like the seating. So, they proceeded to find a spot we did like with next to no wait. Great attitude all the while. The waitress was very helpful from the drinks to dessert. Best service I’ve ever experienced. The drink was delicious. The food was hot and seasoned perfectly. Not a single thing was amiss. Can’t wait to go back. Wish we had one in our town.
Nice place and delicious food but I believe the servers may be a little overwhelmed and be getting the orders incorrect and or not completely filled
It was very busy but the staff handled it like pros. I had the raw oysters and fried rice. Fried rice was delicious and the oysters were fresh, huge, and succulent. I will be returning even if just for the oysters
Our server was exceptional, but we didn't get her name, but for a table of 15, she rocked. I had a light lunch, opted for the catfish, and subbed my FF for steamed broccoli, which was perfection. For 11 bucks! So their menu had more expensive and then less expensive for the lighter menu. Most everyone else ordered the boils, and they looked and tasted amazing according to the group.
My husband and I were visiting family in Texas (we’re from Tennessee) and decided to try this restaurant for the first time. As self-proclaimed foodies—especially when it comes to seafood—we had high expectations, and they were completely exceeded. Food and service were both amazing. 10/10—we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!
I have gone to both locations in Corpus Christi, and both are great. The prices are slightly higher than other places but the good is very good. I have gone 3 times in the last 2 months and will continue to go. The servers are always friendly and attentive. The managers are always on the floor and walking around. The drinks are good for the price. I recommend that people try it at least once, and you will be hooked.
I'm going to have to admit this place got me in trouble with my doctor. This place is so good we were eating here once a week!!! Now, we eat here once every 6 weeks or so. My favorite time to come is during the week from 11am to 3pm because that's when they have the lunch specials. For less than 20 you can sit down with a friend and share a meal. I love coming here and I hope to keep coming as long as this place is open!!!
Food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Excellent seafood boil and wonderful atmosphere.
